When collecting your van we need to verify your identity so plese be sure to bring the following documents:

  • Drivers License (photocard and paper part)
  • Additional photo ID (e.g. passport)
  • Valid credit card

    Drivers License

    Your will need your photocard drivers license AND the paper part. This is so the staff at the van hire depot can verify the status of your license (i.e. if you have any convictions).

    If you are planning to have an additional driver they will also need to to bring their driving license.

    Additional Photo Id

    Additional photo ID is required to validate your identity against your driving license. Your passport is the best suited for your additional ID.

    Valid Credit Card

    Your credit card must be in the name of the main driver of the van. A deposit of £250 will be taken from your card along with a £50 fuel deposit. Along with your credit card please bring two utility bills that verify your address.
